Shipping Policy

Due to the overwhelming amount of love and support you have given us, please allow your item(s) to be shipped from our facility in approximately  15-30  business days from the date of order.  If you require an item to be shipped sooner, please send a message with your desired ship date. We will notify you via email if the item is available for a rush status. Because our inventory changes frequently, if an item you have ordered changes to back order status, you will be notified via email and will have the option to cancel the order or have it held and shipped as soon as it becomes available.  Your order may come in 1 box or many. We ship our inventory as it becomes available. We estimate shipping costs as closely as we can but there are times when shipping costs are increased due to size and weight.  If an item requires additional shipping charges, we reserve the right to send you an invoice for the difference. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Policy

Our items are handpicked and in some cases one of a kind.  Due to this our return policy is as follows:

We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged. If the same item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.  If the item is on back order, we will notify you of an expected ship date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  At that time, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
